Nursery 2 and 3:

That the child has reached the required age for their grade, according to the following:

GRADE	AGE ON AUGUST 31 OF THE CURRENT YEAR
Nursery 2	2 years old
Nursery 3	3 years old

Kindergarten:

To be admitted to Colegio Columbia’s kindergarten, it is required for the candidates to schedule an interview. The requirements are:

1. That the child is 4 years old as of August 31st of the current year.
2. Send by e-mail the following documents to [email protected]  to schedule the interview:
   • Birth certificate.
   • Student’s partial/final report cards, depending on the processing date (when applicable).

The evaluation  fee will be paid on the interview date.

Pre-primary:

To be admitted to Colegio Columbia’s Pre-primary grade, it is required for the candidates to schedule an interview. The requirements are:

1. That the child is 5 years old as of August 31st of the current year.
2. Send by e-mail the following documents to [email protected]  to schedule the interview:
   • Birth certificate.
   • Student’s partial/final report cards, depending on the processing date (when applicable).

The evaluation fee will be paid on the interview date.

Necessary documents for enrollment

Nursery 2 and 3:

• The school’s enrollment formats (provided at the beginning the enrollment process).
• Original birth certificate and 2 copies.
• 2 copies of their updated immunization record.
• 2 copies of their CURP.
• 2 identification color photographs (2.5 x 3cm).
• Copies of the parents’/guardians’ voter credentials on both sides with a 200% size increase.
• Identification color photographs (2.5 x 3cm) of the people authorized to pick up the student from school.
• Copy of the FM-3 format (migration permit), if the applicant is a foreigner.

Kindergarten:

• The school’s enrollment formats (provided at the beginning the enrollment process).
• Original birth certificate and 2 copies.
  2 copies of their updated immunization record.
• Copy of the student’s report cards from the previous grade (when applicable).
• 2 copies of their CURP.
• 2 identification color photographs (2.5 x 3cm).
• Copies of the parents’/guardians’ voter credentials on both sides with a 200% size increase.
• Identification color photographs (2.5 x 3cm) of the people authorized to pick up the student from school.
• Copy of the FM-3 format (migration permit), if the applicant is a foreigner.

Pre-primary:

• Completion card and/or final report card of the Kindergarten course (2nd grade of Preschool).
• 2 copies of their updated immunization record.

• Certificate of indebtedness from the previous school.
• 2 identification color photographs (2.5 x 3cm).
• Copies of the parents’/guardians’ voter credentials on both sides with a 200% size increase.
• Identification color photographs (2.5 x 3cm) of the people authorized to pick up the student from school.
• Copy of the FM-3 format (migration permit), if the applicant is a foreigner.
